OCTOBER 31 -

• NO Tuesday Classes! Happy Halloween!

NOVEMBER 7, 8, 9 - It's time to order Spring Show costumes!

• Costume Ordering/Parent Watch Week
  Costume Payment Due
  • Parents must attend classes with their child during Parent Watch Week!
  • During each class, parents will be shown how to measure their dancers for costumes. EACH parent must measure his/her child and select a costume size (sizes must be selected separately for each costume because different companies have different sizing charts.
  • Invoices will be handed out during Costume Ordering/Parent Watch Week. 
  • Costume payment is due November 16 and is separate from and in addition to the September and January tuition payments.
  • It is extremely important to measure accurately for costumes, as there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Costumes take several months to arrive, so there is not an opportunity to re-order if the size is incorrect.
  • Spring Show costumes will be distributed in March.
  • IF YOUR CHILD CANNOT ATTEND DANCE THIS WEEK, BE SURE TO BRING HER MEASUREMENTS AND PAYMENT TO THE STUDIO BY NOVEMBER 16 AND SELECT HER SIZE.

NO costumes will be ordered for:

• Customers with account balances past due
• Students whose costume payment is not received by November 16
• Students whose parents do not select a size for EACH costume

NOVEMBER 22-23 -

• NO Wednesday or Thursday Classes, Happy Thanksgiving! (Tuesday classes WILL meet.)

DECEMBER 12-JANUARY 15 -

• Christmas Break

JANUARY 16, 17, 18 -

• Classes Resume

JANUARY 30 -

• Spring Semester Tuition DUE
