Parents must attend classes THIS WEEK! April 10, 11, and 12!
Costume Week is April 10, 11, and 12. Parents MUST attend classes with their children and stay the entire class period. Costumes will NOT be distributed to any child who does not have a parent or adult family member present or to any family who has an outstanding balance. During Costume Week, each child will receive her Spring Show costume and try it on during her regular class time. While we have NO opportunity to exchange costumes, we can offer suggestions for any necessary alterations and/or foundation pieces. We will hand out detailed information about which costume pieces will be worn for each performance, which versions of the costumes will be worn for studio portraits, and policies designed to keep our dancers looking sharp and UNIFORM in appearance. Please take costumes home and hang them up. For portraits and the show, bring ALL costume pieces with you and the tights that are included with the costume—dancers must be completely uniform in appearance and we MAY CHANGE THE COSTUME IN WHICH DANCERS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED the day of portraits. Dancers are required to wear the shoes designated for her classes. If you need to order shoes, you may wish to check online at allaboutdance.com or dance4less.com. If you have any questions about which shoes your child needs for the Spring Show and pictures, please ask our office staff for assistance. REMEMBER: Studio Portraits are April 17, 18, and 19!
